The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.

The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.

NIQUA Switzerland SA reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods without prior notice or to carry out additional security checks.

Delivery is made within Switzerland only.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

We reserve the right to calculate shipping costs depending on weight, shipping method, delivery address or order value.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery is generally made within approx. 2–5 working days after conclusion of the contract.

Delivery delays due to force majeure, official orders, customs clearance, transport problems or supply shortages are reserved.

In the event of delays, we will inform you accordingly.
